Free Samples

Free samples — we supply free samples when the items are in stock and the total value is under 5 US dollars, provided you have a DHL or UPS account (or another courier freight-collectable account) and agree to pay the courier freight. We reserve the right to refuse free samples to any party at our discretion.

Sample charges

If the total value of the samples is more than 5 US dollars, we ask you to pay for the samples and the courier freight. We will send the samples after receipt of your payment. If you don't have a courier account, you can either send your own courier to collect the samples from our company, or send us the sample charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

Free virtual proof with your artwork

Our expertly trained artists can prepare an electronic proof of your artwork — and even make recommendations if you would like assistance. These eProofs can be e-mailed to you for review and are typically sent along with your Order Acknowledgment, so you can see exactly how your logo will look before production begins.

Browse the site, pick the items you are interested in and send us an enquiry (use the Inquiry Now button on any product page, or e-mail [email protected]) — the relevant sales specialist will reply within 24 hours with sample availability and freight details.
